We use Fastway, Direct Freight and Australia Post for shipping. For most Small items, shipping takes 1 - 4 days to be delivered from the date it has been sent. Bulk items may take longer. You can login our website to cheack shipping time and tracking number.

Australia wide: Auslink Online charges a flat rate of $10.00 for freight and handling per order no matter how many items you purchase!

Warranty claim

We are always sorry to learn of any product problems, but are here to help. The first step is to determine if your product is damaged or faulty. Damaged items are items which have been clearly damaged in transit - broken parts and so on. We will replace any damaged items within 14 days of shipment at our cost. Please contact us with your order number, a description of the damage and attaching any digital photos if possible (this helps us to get a better understanding of the damage).
